Here are a few photographs of some of our favourites over the years.
Tyrcanol Jupiter (Coed Coch Planed / Revel Jill), 1972.
Tyrcanol Lucius (Twyford Gurkha/Tyrcanol Lucy). A champion in the show-ring, with the gentlest of temperaments and spectacular movement. photo by Anthony Reynolds.
Tyrcanol Sylphide (Coed Coch Planed/Tyrcanol Suzie-Swing). Sylphide being awarded the Campbell Moodie Trophy as Reserve Supreme Native Pony at the 1990 Royal Windsor show (shown for us by Len Bigley). Sylphide’s daughters Tyrcanol Henrietta, Tyrcanol Sofia and Tyrcanol Sue were also prize-winners at the major shows.
Tyrcanol Henry Tudor (sire Tyrcanol Shcharansky/dam Revel Choosey by Twyford Sprig/Revel Choice). Henry is seen here at a week old, out on the Preseli hills in West Wales. Henry’s progeny includes the noted champion Tyrcanol Tosca.
Tyrcanol Alyssum (Tyrcanol Shcharansky/Tyrcanol Sugar Almond by Coed Coch Planed). After her class at the 2000 Royal Welsh, Alyssum is giving a ride to Emma (aged 2 ¾).
